2. Repack the product with all original accessories, cords, and documentation.
3. Drop the package off at your nearest courier location.
4. We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund or exchange promptly.

2. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive and inspect your returned product, our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email with the refunded amount and the payment method used.
5. Refund Timeline – Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Partial Refunds – If items are returned used, opened, or damaged, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted, but can be disputed to the discretion of REDi within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be purchased directly from www.redirecovery.com.au. Products bought from other retailers must follow their return policies.
• Opened or used items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• If the product has been opened and used beyond reasonable testing, it is not eligible for a return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

• A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
• If you cannot find your order number, please contact us before shipping your return, and we will assist you.

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., mouth tape, nasal strips) for health and safety reasons

• If you’d prefer to exchange your product for another item, please let us know during the return process.
• Faulty items within a bundle are eligible for individual remedies under consumer guarantees.

If your order cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns, all items in a promotional kit or bundle must be returned together.

• Consumer guarantees apply to faulty, misrepresented, or unsafe products. These items can be returned at any time within a reasonable period, and no restocking fees or shipping costs will apply.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
