What it does
Red and near-infrared light on a sore muscle reduces soreness in the days after. De Marchi 2017; Tsou 2025.
In trials, less strength was lost after hard sessions when the light was used around exercise. Leal-Junior 2009; Baroni 2010.
Lower back, shoulders, calves after a day on your feet. Strap it on while dinner gets made.
Press once. USB-C battery. Couch, ute, hotel, gym bag.
Every type of product we sell is used daily in our own rehab clinic. Used by CrossFit Games, HYROX and AFL athletes. 1-year warranty, spares and support answered from Australia.
In elite training right now
If it holds up to a Games season, it'll hold up to your Tuesday. Athletes at the top of CrossFit, HYROX and the AFL, using it in their actual recovery: gyms, hotel rooms, kitchens, wherever the week takes them.

When to use it
Ten minutes on the area that did the work. One button, and it runs while you do something else.
Strap on, press once, ten minutes on whatever took the load.
Lower back or calves on the couch, TV on.
On the couch after the kids are down. Ten minutes, lights low, then bed.
One button. Partner, teenager, housemate. Nobody needs a lesson.
How it works
Your body isn't old. It's just slower to refuel. Three things happen in the muscle under the wrap. Each one is measured in the literature, not inferred. The work does the heavy lifting. This helps it pay off sooner.
Red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) light is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondria, which is thought to increase cellular energy (ATP) production.
Hamblin 2017, AIMS Biophysics (review)In placebo-controlled trials, 660nm and 850nm LED light before exercise let athletes perform more contractions before fatigue and reduced the loss of strength afterwards.
Leal-Junior 2009; Baroni 2010Trials have found lower creatine kinase, a marker of muscle damage, and less soreness at 72 hours when red and near-infrared LED light was used around exercise.
Leal-Junior 2009; De Marchi 2017The Anywhere runs both wavelengths (315 red + near-infrared LEDs) at four brightness levels from one button. Near-infrared reaches deeper into the muscle than red; the wrap runs both so the surface and the depth get the same session.
How it fits your routine
Four steps, none of them a decision. The whole point of the Anywhere is that it gets used.
Wrap it around the area that took the load: quads, calves, lower back, shoulder. Light side against skin.
One press. Cycle the button to pick a brightness level. That is the setup.
Ten minutes per area. Sit, stretch, cook, drive. It runs while you do.
3–5× a week, or daily when training load is high. Consistency is the only variable that matters.
What recovery time costs
The Anywhere is not a substitute for hands-on care. It is the thing you can do at home, on the nights you would otherwise do nothing.
$349 once. Any night, for as long as it lasts: 1-year warranty.
$120–$180 per session. Skilled, hands-on, worth it when you need it, and priced accordingly.
$90–$140 per session. Same again: excellent, and a booking every time.
Two to three appointments and you have spent the price of the wrap. It does not replace them; it fills the gaps between them.
Anywhere or Precision?
Same wrap. Same 315-LED panel. Same wavelengths and output. Precision adds a detachable colour-screen controller, a second battery, and full control of the dose. If you train most days and want the session dialled in and repeatable, go Precision. If you want the simplest possible thing that gets used, this is it.

The protocol
10 minutes per area. For multiple areas, 10–15 minutes each.
3–5× per week for routine recovery. Daily if training load is high.
Post-session, evening, or any time that fits. Consistency matters more than timing.
Start with both wavelengths at a moderate brightness. Adjust as your routine develops.
Avoid directing light into the eyes; use appropriate eyewear if using it near the face. If pregnant, epileptic, photosensitive, or on photosensitising medication, check with your clinician first. Avoid use over active malignancy unless advised by your clinician. Do not use on open wounds unless cleared by your clinician.
Jayson, exercise physiologist, Sunshine Coast.
Every type of product we sell is used daily in our own rehab clinic. If it doesn't hold up with the people I treat, it doesn't go on the site. The Anywhere is the simplest version of what we use in the clinic every day: the same light, strapped on, one button, ten minutes. It is the product I hand people first.
